Early summer in Minnesota is our favorite time of year!!! The farmers markets are overflowing with crisp greens, fragrant herbs, sweet tomatoes, cucumbers and vibrant produce that only exists for a few fleeting weeks. It's the inspiration behind this week's menu, paired with the dishes our regulars ask for again and again—Award Winning Caesar, Signature Jalapeño Poppers, American Wagyu Short Ribs, spicy Jumbo Gulf Shrimp Diablo Pasta and the family-style favorites that disappear as quickly as they're unpacked.
